Place Ste-Foy’s redevelopment grabbed the International Canadian Shopping Center (ICSC) jury’s attention, program that honours the best shopping center projects in Canada.
Founded in 1957, the ICSC is an association that has over 70 000 members in more than 100 countries and that services the international real-estate and retail outlet industry. Their awards are given to exceptional realisations in the marketing, retail real-estate development and design of retail outlets fields.
Ivanhoe Cambridge gave LemayMichaud the mandate for the redevelopment and renovation of the facades and interior common areas of Place Ste-Foy shopping mall. The mandate included the renovation and design of many entrances and facades, as well as the interior design for the clientele’s common areas.
