‘’B’’ stands for the French words bon, beau, bienvenue, but also for François Blais, Chief-owner of the Bistro B.
The layout of this urban bistro is built around the kitchen which is at the heart of the space. The height of the bar has been lowered, so that no barrier is created between the clientele and the chefs. Everybody can admire their work wherever they take place in the bistro. Bistro B definitely reflects the personality of its owner: simple, casual and gourmand.
